Crisis management and human behavior training

Description of course

«Crisis management and human behavior training» training plan and program is established  taking into consideration requirements of International convention on standards of training, certification, and watchkeeping for seafarers(STCW), 1978, as amended, as well as Item 3 of Section A-V/2 of STCWCode and based on the International Maritime Organization`s (IMO) Model Course 1.29.

Intended for:

Required for officers who work on board of various types of ships.

  • Summary of Course

    • Training on the management of disorganized people.
    • Training on safety rules for the crew who serve passengers in passenger rooms.
    • Training on the management of emergency situations and human behavior, and equipment and gestures to contact with people at that time.
    • Training on the safety of passengers, measures to prevent flooding of cargo and ship`s hull.

     

    Assessment:

    At the end of the training, a test is carried out to assess participants` knowledge.

    All questions are covering training course.

    64% correct of answers are acceptable, the reverse is considered unacceptable. If the result is unacceptable, the participant can attend the next exam. If attendance next exam is missed for three months, the result is considered unacceptable.
